What You Need to Know!

WHO: Boys entering Grades 6-9 this school year

WHAT: Hands-on learning about science, engineering, and technology

WHERE: Rm 119A in the MacKinnon Bldg at the University of Guelph

WHEN: One Thursday every month from 6:30-8:30 pm with the exception of December
and April (exam time!). The first meeting is Thursday September 29th, 2011.

INSTRUCTORS: Our Boys Club Instructors this year will be Iain and Dave

COST: $55 (cheques made payable to Creative Encounters)

Awesome Activities from 2010/2011!

Technology!
The boys got to experience our ever-popular Lego NXT kits in a robot building and programming bonanza!

Engineering!
Blast off! Using CO2 canisters and pop bottles, we created awesome, high-flying rockets!

Biology!
The boys learned about the anatomy of a squid through dissections!
